    Governor’s Square Mall Complex gift cards can be redeemed at over 100 stores and restaurants in the mall and in our plaza (Target, Best Buy, Boot Barn and more!). Gift Cards can be purchased at the mall's Customer Service Center, by calling (800) 615-3535, or online at www.mallgiftcards.net.

  • Lost & Found

    If you have lost or found an item during your visit, please contact our Customer Service Center at (931) 552-0289 or visit the Security Desk located in the Food Court.

  • Banking Service

    Governor’s Square Mall has two ATM machines located on property for your convenience. ATMs can be found in the concourse near Francesca's and at the main entrance.

  • Stroller Rental

    Strollers are available for rent at the Customer Service Center located in Center Court.

    • Infant & Single Strollers: $5.00 rental fee with either a $5.00 cash deposit, and ID
    • Double Strollers: $10.00 rental fee with either $10.00 cash deposit, and ID
    • Car Stroller $7.00 rental fee with either a $5.00 cash deposit, and ID

  • Wheelchairs

    Visit the Customer Service Center for free wheelchair rentals during your visit. Government or state issued ID must be left with Customer Service in order to borrow wheelchairs.

  • Mall Walker Program

    Walking has quickly become America's most popular form of exercise because it is safe, simple and inexpensive. A regular program of brisk walking is beneficial in preventing and managing health problems. Join your friends and neighbors at Governor’s Square Mall for a morning walk at your own pace in climate controlled comfort. Visit the Mall Management Office between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Monday-Friday to register and receive your free mall walker wristband. Mall doors open at the Old Navy Mall entrance at 7:30 am Monday – Saturday and 8:30 am on Sundays. All walkers are required to be registered at the mall office and to wear their mall walker wristband while exercising.
